Robbie from Shoosmith Heating and Plumbing joined our Alto Assured Partner Installer network in 2022. Since then, he and his team have completed a number of successful heat pump installations under our MCS Umbrella Scheme. We spoke to Robbie about his experience with Alto Energy and why he now recommends us to other heating engineers.
After attending our complimentary heat pump training course, Mitchell and Bond Plumbing and Heating joined Alto Energy as Assured Partner Installers in December 2023. Since then, they’ve installed several Worcester Bosch heat pumps, with Alto providing all MCS design, supply, commissioning, and paperwork support. We recently caught up with the team to learn more about their experience working with us.
Chris from Whitby Gas and Oil Services became an Alto Assured Partner Installer in late 2022, following the completion of our free heat pump training course. Since then, he has collaborated with us on numerous heat pump installations across Yorkshire, handling both ground source and air source systems, working under our MCS Umbrella Scheme. John and Anya from Suffolk decided to invest in the Mitsubishi Ultra Quiet Ecodan Air Source Heat pump for their Barn Conversion project. At first, they were slightly sceptical of the technology, however with a little helping hand from Alto Energy their minds changed and they will now benefit from a renewable heating source.
