โจ Your Mission
As a Telesales Account Manager at Alto Energy, youโll be a key part of our commercial growth engine. Youโll turn inbound enquiries and proactive outreach into strong customer relationships and revenue โ helping installers, developers, and homeowners access the best renewable heating solutions on the market.
๐ Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and CRM โ engaging warmly and professionally with potential customers.
Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and targeted prospect lists.
Understand customer needs and position Alto Energyโs products and services (heat pumps, MCS support, technical guidance) to match requirements.
Manage the full telesales cycle: qualify leads, quote solutions, negotiate pricing, close deals, and hand over to delivery teams.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales and technical teams to share customer feedback, pipeline insights, and product improvements.
Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Experience & Skills
โ Proven success in telesales, lead conversion, or outbound sales roles.
โ Comfortable making high-volume calls and managing a sales pipeline.
โ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive and customer-focused.
โ Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and CRM literacy.
โ Ability to handle objections and stay resilient under pressure.
โ A team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Nice to Have
๐ฑ Experience in renewable energy, HVAC, construction, or technical product sales.
๐ก Knowledge of heat pumps or heat pump funding/grants (helpful but not essential).
