Samsung EHS HT Quiet
The Samsung EHS HT Quiet is a high-temperature monobloc heat pump capable of achieving flow temperatures up to 70°C, making it well-suited to homes that can't yet move away from higher-temperature distribution systems, or where domestic hot water is a priority.
Available in 8kW, 12kW and 14kW, with both single and three phase options, the HTQ achieves a best SCOP of 4.75 at 35°C and operates down to −30°C. When purchased through Alto Energy, all HTQ units come with a 7-year parts warranty as standard.

The Samsung EHS Mono HTQ is MCS-approved across the range, so customers can claim the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and offset the upfront cost of installation.
Quiet Operation
The HTQ runs at a sound pressure level as low as 42 dBA on the 8kW unit — among the quietest monobloc heat pumps available at this output range.
Operates Down to −30°C
The HTQ maintains reliable performance in extreme cold, operating in ambient temperatures as low as −30°C.
