FUNDING STREAM: ENERGY COMPANY OBLIGATION (ECO) & BOILER UPGRADE SCHEME
Alto Energy was selected as the primary air source heat pump partner on this prestigious scheme setup by M Group Energy (Agility Eco Services) and Affordable Warmth Solutions. This innovative project leverages charitable donations alongside funding from either ECO or the Boiler Upgrade Scheme in order to offer fuel poor customers are free air source heat pump, as well as their heating bills covered for a period of time.

FUNDING STREAM: HOME UPGRADE GRANT (HUG)
Alto Energy has a long-standing relationship with Oxfordshire County Council (“OCC”) through previous schemes we have been involved with, such as the Clean Heat Streets project in Rose Hill and Iffley. When Oxfordshire County Council obtained funding to deliver retrofit upgrades through the Home Upgrade Grant, they nominated Alto Energy as the chosen air source heat pump installation partner.
Throughout this project, Agility Eco Services (now M Group) were appointed as the Managing Agent, and they in turn nominated a number of whole-house retrofit contractors to deliver the range of measures each house required. One such contractor was A&D Carbon Solutions, for whom Alto Energy delivered the vast majority of their heat pump installations under the scheme.

Aran Insulation is one the UK’s leading and most well-regarded insulation contractors. As renewables have come to the fore, and air source heat pumps have increasingly been specified by social housing providers on their refurbishment projects, Aran Insulation turned to Alto Energy to deliver high quality air source heat pump installations for their clients. One such client is Paradigm Housing, who partner with Aran Insulation to deliver retrofit upgrades funded by the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF).
