Samsung Gen 7 Heat Pump
The Samsung Gen 7 heat pump is Samsung's latest generation monobloc heat pump, making the switch from R32 to R290 propane. Built for residential retrofits and new builds alike, it delivers low-carbon heating without asking installers to compromise on performance or practicality.
Available in 5kW, 8kW, 12kW and 16kW single phase, the Gen 7 achieves a best SCOP of 4.84 at 35°C and can deliver flow temperatures up to 75°C. When purchased through Alto Energy, all Gen 7 units come with a 7-year parts warranty as standard.

Eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme
The Samsung Gen 7 is MCS-approved across the range, so customers can claim the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and offset the upfront cost of installation.
Quiet Operation
Quieter than the Gen 6 and among the quietest units on the market. A 4-step Quiet Mode gives further control when needed.
R290 Natural Refrigerant
The Gen 7 runs on R290 propane, a naturally occurring refrigerant with a global warming potential of just 3, compared to 675 for R32.
Samsung SmartThings Ready
The Gen 7 integrates with Samsung SmartThings Energy, providing live energy insights, usage automations, and remote control from a phone, reducing the need for support calls.
