Great to deal with from initial contact through to completion. We were referred by Octopus Energy as they couldn’t provide a large enough heat pump. The Alto team reviewed our requirements and provided a realistic estimate on costs. Work was completed to a high standard. The electricians (not Alto) put a cable in the wrong place which Alto arranged to be connected quickly and conveniently. Heat pump is working exactly as expected.
