HeatPump.shop lists over 500 genuine IVT parts. We know that the sheer volume of different parts can be confusing, which is why each listing provides information on the relevant IVT heat pumps which use that component.

We've created a really helpful technical information page for each product family within the IVT range. This contains product literature, technical information and exploded diagrams which help to identify the individual components of each model.
As ever with any purchase from Alto Energy, every product purchase through HeatPump.shop is provided with full telephone technical support, completely free of charge. Our technical support desk has years of experience with IVT products.
Next Day Delivery
HeatPump.shop features a collection of products which are all held in stock and available by next-day delivery. Labelled "Popular Items", this collection will grow over the coming weeks and months as part of our aim to have over 100 items available by next day delivery to our trade customers.
Trade Discount
HeatPump.shop is open to anyone, however we believe that Trade Customers will get the most benefit from the service. That's why all Trade Customers will receive their own personalised discount code for all purchases made through the store.
