The festive season is already upon us (again!). We wanted to use this blog to let you know when Alto Energy's office will be closed for the Christmas break. We will still be offering limited technical support through this time and below we outline how and when technical support will be available, and where you can source spare parts.
The Christmas Break
OFFICE CLOSES - 13.00 TUESDAY 24TH DECEMBER 2019
OFFICE OPENS - 09.00 THURSDAY 2ND JANUARY 2020
The office will be closed during this time, and the out of office voicemail system will be updated to reflect this.
Technical Support
If you experience a technical issue during the Christmas Break, you can request technical support through one of the following channels. Both channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas Break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.

Telephone support is available at the following times.

Please note that any requests to book annual services or to provide support for non-emergency faults will not be dealt with during the Christmas break, and we will be in touch once the office reopens in the New Year to provide technical support and engineer visits as required.
Spare Parts
If you require spare parts during the Christmas Break, IVT spare parts can be purchased through our online outlet:
Orders from the 'Popular Items' collection, placed during the Christmas Break, will be dispatched on a next operating day basis (please see schedule above).
This means that any orders placed before 11am on Monday 30th December will be dispatched on that day for next-day delivery on Tuesday 31st December.

For all general enquiries, including for new heat pump projects, please just contact us through our usual contact form, and we will respond to you in the New Year.
