Summer Service Offer
Due to the increased availability of our engineers during the summer months we are offering a summer service rate of just £195 + VAT per heat pump.
Servicing your heat pump annually is very important for a whole host of reasons:
Complying with your obligations under the government’s Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive scheme
Ensuring the validity of the manufacturer’s warranty on your heat pump
Ensuring that your heat pump continues to operate efficiently
Making sure any technical issues or possible failures are picked up on early before they cause bigger issues
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SERVICE
Our experienced engineers will do a thorough service of your heat pump and will complete a detailed service report, which you will be provided a copy of. If there is any repair work that needs completing then parts and labour will be charged additionally to the cost of the service. Our engineers will endeavour to complete this during the service visit, however this isn’t always possible due to parts not being in the engineer’s van stock, or there being insufficient time to complete the work. In these instances we will provide you with a quotation for a follow up visit.
This offer is available on mainland UK and applies to service bookings completed in June, July and August 2023. If you postpone your service visit into September or later, you will be charged our standard rates. Service bookings are made with the assumption that the heat pump seems in good working order. If there are faults on the heat pump this might prevent us being able to complete the service and you may be charged extra. If you are aware of faults then please report these to us at the time of booking so that we can try to diagnose the problem prior to attending.

If you accept a quotation for a service plan before 31st August 2023, you will get the first 3 months of your plan completely free of charge.
All of our service plans are paid by monthly direct debit. This means no upfront payments, just a regular, monthly payment and your heat pump is covered. In order to provide you with a quotation for a service plan you need to have had a service completed by us within the last 6 months, and for there to have been no issues reported with the heat pump.
