What to do if you Factory Reset your IVT Ground Source Heat Pump?

With another Christmas is on the horizon we thought we would put together another useful Technical blog, in the event you do a factory reset on your heat pump and have no hot water following this.

Please note that you should NOT carry out a factory reset unless advised by a professional, however if it is already too late please read on.

The instructions you need to carry out following a factory reset are detailed in the help sheets below, which are available for you to download.

IVT Greenline HT+

This tutorial is for the IVT Greenline HT+ range of Ground Source Heat Pumps so please do not follow these steps if you have any other model. If you are unsure as to what heat pump you have, there is a data plate on top of the unit which will tell you. Get in touch using the Technical Support Call Back Request button below if there is anything you are unsure of.

Still no Hot Water?

If you have gone through the above steps but your heat pump still isn’t back to running like it should be, or the heat pump is brining up another fault, you will need to speak to someone in our technical support team.

You can view the confirmed office hours on our latest blog: Alto Energy Opening Hours Over Christmas 2020.
