Well… what a year 2020 has been! Despite everything 2020 has thrown at us, it’s been a busy and exciting year in the world of heat pumps. Christmas time is almost upon us so we wanted to let you know when our office will be closed for the Christmas break. Do not fear, there will still be technical support through this time, just on a limited schedule. Below we outline how and when technical support will be available, and where you can source spare parts.
The Christmas Break
OFFICE CLOSES - 13.00 THURSDAY 24TH DECEMBER 2020
OFFICE OPENS - 09.00 MONDAY 4TH JANUARY 2021
The office will be closed during this time, and the out of office voicemail system will be updated to reflect this. Please read on for useful tips and also to see when our Technical Support will be available.
Technical Support
If you experience a technical issue during the Christmas Break, you can request technical support call-back through one of the following channels. Both channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas Break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.

If you are wanting to arrange an annual service, or if you have a non-emergency fault please still get in touch with us and we will contact you in the New Year to book in engineer visits and provide technical support as normal.

Spare Parts
IVT spare parts can be purchased through our online outlet over the Christmas break:
Orders from the 'Popular Items' collection, placed during the Christmas Break, will be dispatched on a next operating day basis (please see schedule above).
This means that any orders placed before 11am on Wednesday 30th December will be dispatched on that day for next-day delivery on Thursday 31st December. Any orders placed after this time will get dispatched on our return to the office on Monday 4th January 2021.
All Other General Enquiries
For all other enquiries, including for new heat pump projects and heat pump service bookings please just contact us through our usual contact form, and we will respond to you in the New Year.
