Merry Christmas From Alto Energy

With 2022 wrapping up, we thought it would be a good time to recap how our year has been. The last 12 months have been a blur with everything moving at lightning speed. We’ve partnered with a record number of heat pump installers and have expanded our team significantly to keep up with heat pump demand. This year alone, our team has grown by 62% and doesn’t show signs of slowing.

Despite growing pains, we are incredibly proud of all our employees, who have been committed to delivering outstanding service to our customers. We’d also like to say a big thank you to our customers and installers, who have continued to spread the word about our services.

During the festive period, our offices will be closed, however, if you require technical support, we are still offering a call-back service to help with any tech related issues. Below you will find our closing times during Christmas, as well as the information relating to the call back service.

Christmas Shut Down

Our office will be closed during the Christmas holidays, and the ‘out of office’ voicemail system will be updated to reflect this.

If you experience technical issues during the Christmas Break, you can request a technical support call-back through one of the following channels:

All channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.

Telephone Schedule

Call-backs and telephone support will be carried out during the following times:

Up to Thursday 22nd December
Office Hours (Normal Service) - 09:00 to 17:00

Friday 23rd December
Office Hours (Reduced Service) - 09:00 to 12:00

Wednesday 28th - Thursday 29th December
After Friday 23rd December, any calls we receive will go to voicemail. We will be attempting to call back customers on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th December - 10:00 to 13:00

Tuesday 3rd January
Office Hours (Normal Service) - 09:00 to 17:00

If you need to arrange an annual service or have a non-emergency fault, please get in touch and we will contact you in the New Year to provide technical support or book in an engineer visit.


Useful Tips


Spare Parts

IVT spare parts can be purchased through our online outlet over the Christmas break:

Orders from the 'Popular Items' collection, placed during the Christmas Break, will be dispatched on a next operating day basis (please see schedule above). This means that any orders placed before 10am on Wednesday 28th December will be dispatched on that day. Any orders placed before 10am on Thursday 29th December will be dispatched on that day. All deliveries will be put on a next-day service with either DPD or Royal Mail, however delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed due to weather and strike action. Any orders placed after this time will get dispatched on our return to the office on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
