As we head towards Christmas, we want to take a moment to thank our customers and installers for their continued support and for recommending our services throughout the year. We would also like to acknowledge our team, whose hard work and commitment have helped us deliver a consistently high level of service.

Our offices will be closed over the Christmas period. If you need technical support during this time, our call back service for tech support will still be available, although capacity will be limited. A small number of engineers will also be on standby between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Technical Support & Call back Service

If you experience technical issues during the holidays, you can request a technical support call back. All channels will be monitored throughout the Christmas break and we will endeavour to provide telephone technical support for any emergency requirements that arise during this time.

Servicing and Non-emergency faults

If you need to arrange an annual service or have a non-emergency fault, please get in touch and we will contact you in the New Year to provide technical support or book in an engineer visit.
